TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Simplified
Subsidised Inspection Trips are offered to potential customers by Overseas Property Shop to provide an opportunity to view properties overseas with a view to purchasing. Although there will never be any pressure on any individual to purchase, these inspection trips should be treated as a business trip.
Overseas Property Shop will not confirm, nor book any flights without you understanding these terms and conditions listed.
A Maximum threashold of £250.00 will apply to all bookings, any costs over this will be charged at cost (this is refundable upon purchase completion). At peak travel times and short notice flights this may occur.
By accepting Overseas Property Shop’s offer of £45 per couple you have agreed to simple Terms and Conditions that will have been explained to you prior to flights being reserved in your name:
• The payment of £45.00 (plus any extras agreed at time of booking, i.e. extra baggage costs charged by various airlines) is payable to OVERSEAS PROPERTY SHOP LIMITED, within 24hrs of the reservation.
• All reservations are strictly non-transferable, non-changeable and non-refundable. If, for any reason, changes are requested to confirmed flights, full flight and administration costs are payable by you.
• Should you be unable to board the confirmed reserved flights, Overseas Property Shop will expect to recover from you full payment for the reserved flights less any payment already made by you. The full flight cost will be given to you verbally before booking your flights.
OUR PROMISE TO YOU
On receipt of full payment from you for a cancelled pre-booked flight, we confirm that a different flight can be made for you at a later date, for an inspection trip with Overseas Property Shop, at NO CHARGE. Furthermore if you purchase on the inspection trip we will refund the cost of the original flight.

1. Inspection Visits Terms & Conditions
Definitions:
“ The Company”, “Company” means Overseas Property Shop ltd, 31 High Street East, Uppingham, Rutand, LE15 9PY
“The Client”, “client(s)” means the person or persons whom this contract/order is addressed.
1.a The Client acknowledges that the payment to the Company arising from this application to attend an Inspection Visit is entirely non-refundable.
1.b In certain circumstances, travel arrangements may be delayed or cancelled for reasons beyond the Company’s control. In such circumstances, the Company will inform the Client of the situation and, if required, will use its reasonable endeavours to make alternative arrangements on the Client’s behalf, but the Company shall not be liable to the Client in any way as a result of any losses suffered or expenses incurred by the Client in this regard. The Client may have recourse to the relevant carrier, subject to its conditions of carriage and to any limitations of liability imposed by any relevant International Convention.
1.c In any of the events set out below, the Company’s insurance arrangements relating to the Client and accompanying persons will not be valid and the Client will be obliged to pay to the Company all related third party costs for which the Company is liable, this will be the full cost of the flights, The Company will do its best to minimise such costs however the Company estimates these can and are likely to exceed £300 for an Inspection Visit.
1.d the intimation by the Client, either verbally or in writing, of a desire to cancel the flight booking;
1.e the Company forming the view, acting reasonably, that the Client does not have a legitimate intention to attend the scheduled inspection visits and presentations organised by the Company;
1.f flight cancellation by the Client;
1.g the Client’s failure to catch the relevant flight for any reason;
1.f the Client’s failure to attend any or all of the scheduled inspection visits and presentations organised by the Company on behalf of the Client; or
1.h if, in the reasonable view of the Company, the Client is behaving in a way which will cause or is likely to cause upset or annoyance to others or damage to property. In addition, the Company has the right to terminate the Inspection Visit immediately. If necessary, the Client will be responsible for arranging and paying for their return travel.
1.h.1 the Clients use the inspection trip as a holiday or break away, misleading the Company upon booking.
1.j The Company does not accept responsibility for visa or passport requirements, health formalities or other travel related matters.
Overseas Property Shop Ltd work with Federal Management Limited to collect debts on the companies behalf.
