Viewing / Inspection Trips Overseas Property Shop offer subsidised viewing trips to potential clients, the usual cost is £89 per person (other offers in low season are from £45 per couple - keep updated on our website for further details). Should any client cancel or not attend the viewing trip Overseas Property Shop will ask for full payment of the flight costs, the cost is available at time of booking, If a client requires to change trip dates, airline charges will apply at the clients cost. Flight costs vary on each booking, and are not at a standard rate. Should a client have to re-book after a cancellation and upon the client paying the flight costs in full, Overseas Property Shop (at there discretion) will offer a free viewing trip. Overseas Property Shop have a cut off limit of £300 per couple, should the total flight amount exceed this, the extra costs are paid buy the client(s) (this may happen in peak season, bank holidays or bookings taken within 7 days of the trip). Overseas Property Shop will not book any flights without permission from the clients either by verbal communication or in writing.
