Should any client cancel or not attend the viewing trip Overseas Property Shop will ask for full payment of the flight costs, the cost is available at time of booking, If a client requires to change trip dates, airline charges will apply at the clients cost. Flight costs vary on each booking, and are not at a standard rate. Should a client have to re-book after a cancellation and upon the client paying the flight costs in full, Overseas Property Shop (at there discretion) will offer a free viewing trip. Overseas Property Shop have the right to change this offer without notice. A maximum threshold of £300 (flights) will be subsidised, any costs over this, will be charged. Hold Baggage for flights will be charged on top of the £45.00 - prices vary from £8.00 to £20.00 depending on the carrier used.
