This is bar far one of the most popular areas for property buyers in Spain. The Costa Blanca (white coast) is divided into two areas, the northern Costa Blanca with inland towns and villages like Orba, Jalon, Parcent, Castell de Castells, Lliber, Murla ... And the popular coastal towns like Moraira, Denia, Calpe, Altea and Benidorm. The northern Costa Blanca offers a quiet, relaxed setting with a fine selection of property choices available.


The Southern Costa Blanca ... This area is a very popular area for sales, with lots of low cost affordable housing options. Towns and villages like - Torrevieja, San Miguel, Villamartin, Orihuela Costa, La Marina, Guardamar all offer good coastal properties. • Spain, Costa Calida search for Costa Calida property


Nestled between the Costa Blanca and Costa Almeria lies the un spoilt Region of the Costa Calida. Offering a stark contrast to other commercialised and over developed areas the Province of Murcia boasts rugged coastline, spectacular mountain views, pine forests and the Mar Menor lagoon.


This is the least known region of Spain ... walled off to the North, East and South by the inland mountain ranges of Andalucia, Castilla and Valencia. Citrus, Almond and Olive groves are farmed here using the inherited systems of irrigation. Read more about the Costa Calida



• Spain, Costa Almeira Search for property in Almeria
 
Almeria, located in Spain's far southeastern corner of this sun-baked province, (desert like climate) offers the highest hours of sunshine and lowest rainfall in Europe! Given Almeria´s climate, it´s no surprise that much of the province is comprised of semi-arid desert-like landscape. Due to the dry weather, much of this area is a sparsely populated wilderness. Coastal areas are popular for tourists and locals alike.

Mojacar is the largest resort on the Almeria coastline popular with foreign residents, many of them British ... A high percentage of the population (5,000) come from other European countries. Mojacar is divided between a stunning hilltop old part of the town, and the newer seafront Mojacar Playa , built alongside a superb sandy beach. Other popular villages are Palomares, Vera and Vera Pueblo, Albox, Arboleas and San Juan.
